I have some sorrow on my heart today as someone I have known passed away recently. His family and those that have known him are feeling their loss. At times he was a diamond in the rough but he had a heart of generosity and true commitment to his family. I learned much from him.He was a Family Man. So for today I close with these thoughts..I am linking with Mary at Little Red House  Take a look you will be glad you did..   ps this post has been revised as of 2:38 pm..rgould

So sorry for your loss. I hate the pain that is left behind, but I know my pain means that individual meant something to someone. This important to me. The irony is that this gives me comfort. Love the photos. I see beauty in what is and what can be. Thanks.

I can truly say that I know how you feel losing a friend since my friend just died a very short time ago. Praying for the family and you…

Yes, friend..Ellen, I thought of you. People are color in our lives and when a person leaves us the color fades a little..but is replenished by someone else..

The comments are all so beautiful, poignant and well spoken. I can’t add anything more but tell you I agree with all of them. I especially admired your quote. It’s good..
