Things Are Looking Up…2

At  Things Are Looking Up I posted photos of  fire escapes.  I am fascinated by how they differ in appearance. Some are ornate and others are plain. When we  walked  around Los Angeles, not too long  ago and I got to observe quite a few.

I have been mulling over  my aspirations for this year. Just months ago we were struggling in a few different ways. One day after we had eaten our lunch we were given fortune cookies. We always read them..It’s fun! My husbands said there will be Winds of Change… Those little words encouraged both of us. Words are also fascinating. Sometimes I wonder about the origin of some. Many words in our vocabulary I can do without, but then there are some I  read or hear and they certainly make my day. So for this year I will be looking up more, learning new words and writing more. I have a few more personal aspirations that I will withhold from sharing at this time and just get busy on them..
