Customer service is best with a smile

Most days it’s easy..

But once n’ a while

What I see and hear..

Makes me wince with pain

For it’s very clear..

Who’s behavior is atrocious

And I want to protect..The recipient ..

Of hot angry words

That  cower  under the attack..

For the lack of power

To take back their life..

When it was given away

To the bully that controls..

And wants to get away

With meanness towards others..

Whom think they have no say…

r gould

Every so often I observe human nature at it’s worst…and my heart responds to what concerns me in life. My words just express what is on my heart..

    Well written.
I sometimes think that schools need to start offering courses in ettiquette and conflict resolution.

There are some angry people out there. I’m sorry you have to deal with the brunt of it. May each person you come in contact with be touched by your kindness.

There’s not enough kindness and tolerance in the world of ‘customer service’. I am a recipient of stinging words and attitudes in my job every week.
