DSCN7547We found out from the friend that gave us this plant, that it is called Celundine. It is a transplant all the way from Pennsylvania. We are thrilled to see it flourish in our garden… (:

Thank you Annie, it has been a work in progress for over a year now. We finally get to see the results of all the hard work my husband put into it just to get huge rocks dug out and prepare the soil.. but all of that is behind him so now it’s all fun… (:

I do love that orange flower. It’s exactly the color of my Cape Honeysuckle. It’s been a little cool for it to begin blooming, but the day is coming.

Montucky’s right. These are summer colors – spring is drifting away!

This plant was given to us shortly after we moved in, so it is the first time for us to see it bloom. It is called Gibralter Azalea. It is very bright and pretty. I bet your Cape Honeysuckle is beautiful… ps I don’t get notified when you post on your blog. I may have missed something initially. Not sure? (:

If you clicked “follow” up in your admin bar, be sure you’ve checked that you want email delivery. Go to the Reader, and on the right side, click “edit”. Find my blog and click to open up the options – it will show you whether you’ve designated email delivery.

I’ve had a few where I had to go in and change the settings. Who knows why? And of course, if that doesn’t work there’s an email subscription place on the right side of my blog. But I suspect the Reader settings are messed up.

I’ll be posting again Saturday or Sunday, so if it doesn’t work, let me know. 😉
