Walk on the Wild Side

June 20, 2013

Today I went on a field trip. Instead of driving to visit a friend I had my husband drop me off. Of course I had my trusty camera with me. It was pretty smooth sailing walking home until I walked past barking dogs that startled me, almost out of my skin… I refused to look at them and hoped that they could not jump the fence. From that point on it was up hill and as I sauntered at a snail’s pace it gave me an opportunity to check out the flora and fauna and do some on foot off roading..

Can you see the critter?

Hi Terry, thank you! I am not sure about those pretty looking possibly edible berries/ grapes.. I wasn’t about to snack on them until I have more information.. lol!

Those blossoms among the thorns are so pretty! I love the big hollowed-out stump the squirrel has found.

The third one – I don’t know what they are but the light shining brightly on the leaves is great. These are all beautiful.
