Summer Days

July 1, 2013

Yesterday was a scorcher and all I could think about was if I could only dip my feet in water. As I look through my files I came across a few places that would do the trick for cooling down. I do not possess the feet shown..Lol! But she has the right idea..

And all the others in these images do too…

I posted this long ago, but it is a sweet reminder to my feet of what coolness feels like..

Lovely shots! These all look like great ways to beat the heat.

I LOOOOVVVVE the pix! Makes me wanna splash in. In case you missed it, as I do some posts I sign up for when I don’t get to my Reader as I’d like, the recent posts out of my apothecary talk about natural remedies that treat summer stings and heat for children. Diana

These are such wonderful photos. We topped 100 today, so everyone is perfectly happy to think about coolth, as my mama used to call it. We actually have some rain in the forecast, and everyone is praying mightily, or wishing mightily in the case of those who forego prayer. There may even be people casting entrails, for all I know. We need it badly!

That looks like a chainsaw-carved chair next to the ocean. Wonderful!

Whew…I remember those days in Palm Springs and I am sure it did rain but I don’t remember. We had summer and a short spring.. I’ll go with prayer but always nice to wish too..
