Photo Art Friday:Embrace

November 1, 2013

Welcome to November’s challenge at Pixel Dust Photo Art. The theme is EMBRACE. As always I look forward to this monthly meme. I knew exactly what photo I would be using for Embrace.

This young couple will soon be exchanging their I do’s next week. I used one of Bonnie’s textures and then completed the look at Pixlr.

I was torn about the lighter rendition or the darker.. Anyway the love-birds are off to a bright future..

Oh, it’s wonderful! Either way! Personally, I think the lighter version appeals to me more… something about the impact being enhanced by the understatement… but that’s just me 🙂 I like that in the comp though – it’s… clean, or a little stark, perhaps, and that makes it powerful! Best wishes for the two of them! 🙂

Oooh! I really like what you did here. I would choose the second one…IF I was forced!

I really like the second one, but I’m a lover of deep colors.

These are both very nice. The first one with the softer muted tones has a more romantic feel to it. The 2nd one highlights the couple more (imo) and is my favorite of the two. Hope they have a beautiful wedding.

Sweet couple with a beautifully edited image I’m sure they will want to frame and keep. Think I prefer the mystery of the paler version.
