We’re getting There

January 11, 2014

imageWe will call this home, in Sweet Home, Oregon. We will soon have Internet, phone and television service. The container with our stuff should arrive by the 21rst and washer and dryer to follow. I am thankful for the safe journey and look forward to getting back to my creative endeavors…

Look at you! And someone’s found a windowsill – if that doesn’t say “home”, I don’t know what would.

It looks like the kitty found a nice spot to call home, too. Glad things are going well.

Looks like the sun shines bright on your old Kentucky home. Well, maybe not Kentucky, but YAY! And no one’s comfortable until the cat’s comfortable. Success!

Oh I love the name of your home town. We drove up to Portland to see my husband’s family at Christmas and, on our way back, passed the towns “Drain” and “Weed.” I would find it difficult to feel at home in one of those towns, but “Sweet Home,” isn’t that perfect?

I have heard of those towns. They certainly don’t conjure up a positive lifestyle…lol!
