sweet september

you have finally, come

just in time

for i was so done

with hot days of summer..

i no longer find it, much funner-

to feel like

a slow roasting chicken

and now

i can begin, to cluck again..

                                            mother hen

    Can you hear me laughing? No? Listen a little harder! A friend and I just were talking today about how done we are with summer. Unfortunately, we have another month left before any real relief, but so be it. At least you’re off the rotisserie!

      Yes, I did hear you laugh at poor mother hen. What feathers I have left are singed and I am a sightly mess..
