Texture Tuesday

February 17, 2015

Downloads128It’s Tuesday and time for Texture Tuesday. I am also using this for the Be Still 52 course. I started with my make shift photo studio. A large cardboard box and threw some burlap over it. For Be Still, this week, the highlight of our lesson was about  sidelight. Kim suggested that we set up near a window. I purchased a small table a few days ago. I will be able to move it easily and follow the light in our home. I don’t have a lot of options, so I am  working  with what I have. Well, we have windows but some provide better lighting than others.

What lovely shots for your project, and what a great idea to use a box. I had never thought of that before… DUH! Thanks for sharing your lovely work

Very dreamy and romantic, Roberta. I particularly like the first one. 😉 Thanks for sharing.

I like the dreamy look, too. At first glance, the top one was my pick, but the more I looked at the second, it won me over. I think it’s the object placement.

Thank you Patti! The second one does have a softer look that is appealing..

Hi Esther, Thank you! There is less light! The practice of needing light for my photos really makes me appreciate it.. I have always thought that your country must be very charming.. Thank you for visiting..
