add sweetness to my soul
November 2, 2015
what you see
is what you get
no tales of faraway travels
just simple excursions
maybe 18 miles
but i explore
and bask in the beauty
of simple abundance..
The picture caught my eye and drew into your site and I found a lovely poem.
So glad Betty Louise, to have you here as I ponder on the gifts of simplicity..Thank you!
Thank you very much!
Life is great 8n your 18 miles periphery, right? How far to the art room at your local senior center? 🙂
About four miles.. not far at all..
That is really close, Roberta. 🙂
Lovely photo and sentiments xo
Thank you! I have recently joined a group of painters at our local senior center. It is very new to me. I was gifted with a set of watercolors by one of the ladies. Your blog appealed to me because of my new found interest…
Wonderful! I hope you find lots of inspiration, etc. on my blog. Have fun and enjoy watercoloring!
There are two ways to travel. We can travel far, or we can travel deep. Sometimes we are lucky enough to be able to combine the two, but it’s always possible to travel deep — even 18 miles from home.
I like that Linda! So deep it is for us..at this time..
It’s amazing what there is to see within 18 miles of our homes!
of simple abundance…..I LOVE that statement.
Thank you Angela!
I could live with that. 🙂
