That’s not just vibrant, its design is really unusual. It’s not one that I would enjoy having around day in and day out, but it is lovely.

I am a big fan of using primary colors so yes, I love the vibrant colors in the quilt, it is a real eye catcher.

It was! My mom loved making and hand stitching quilts. She learned how from my grandmother who quilted until she was in her mid-80’s. I have several my mom made, one that my grandma made, and one that was made by my husband’s grandmother. Mom even made custom quilts for other people. I unfortunately don’t have the patience for quilting.

Those colors are indeed vibrant. Makes me want to take up quilting but I have no time as it is.

A quilt show! I’m planning to attend one the end of the month. This whets my appetite! I enjoy seeing the detailed work and ideas quilters come up with. Amazing!
