Weekly Photo Challenge: Opposite

July 2, 2016

Here is my take on the Daily Post weekly photo challenge..of Opposites

Another vintage bike we came across

It has many different parts that have different purposes

All the parts are needed in order for the bike to function well

In order for me to stop this bike I have to step on the pedals backwards..

brilliant shots – and I have to admit I remember an old bike from my childhood where I had to step on the pedals backwards to stop it 🙂

My first “big girl” bike had the same kind of brakes. No handlebar brakes for me!

I liked this antique bicycle, Roberta. The pedal is how I always used to stop my bike and in fact, they still sell Cruiser line of Schwinn which you use a brake on foot pedal and not hand brakes! 🙂
I cannot push “like” button today. WP acting up, but I loved your posts!

We certainly have all kinds of options, as far as bikes go.. Thank you so much Robin!
