Weekly Photo Challenge: Danger!

May 3, 2017

Whenever I see a situation like this, I tend to cringe. I don’t want to see any animal, be in danger of getting hurt or losing it’s life.

Just remember — the people in the car are in as much danger as the deer. I’ve known people who were badly injured after such a collision, and know of some who died. But I’m with you — I’ll brake even for squirrels and turtles!

Yes, that is scary. Looks like it had time to cross!

There were actually three that crossed the road and yes, all was well and the oncoming car slowed down just in time..

I had one run in front of me and then hit a fence and run back in front of me, all in seconds.

It reminds me of one of my dogs who keeps crossing the road whenever he’s out of the house. I don’t mind him doing that but it does make me nervous when I actually see him crossing.
