Here we are into week 11 of Spring Festival 2023. I came across this quote this morning. (Earth is crammed with heaven, And every common bush afire with God.) Elizabeth Barrett Browning. After being able to get out to visit two different flower gardens, it really made me think about the beauty we have around us. Thank you for viewing what the other photographer’s and I have shared.
A quick walk around block and this captured my attention, for week six of Festival of Leaves. It’s just plain pretty. And for a bonus I am including this photo, from a few days ago. I think he had been checking out the compost pile.
We took some time to venture out, to the Champooeg state park area. As the morning progressed the smoke increased, coming from a fire in Washington. Rain is in the forecast, so it will be helpful. I am participating for week 5 for Festival of Leaves.
Running just a little late. But will not miss an opportunity, to share what I can, when I can for Festival of Leaves week 4.
I am glad to participate, in the challenge of capturing weekly Fall color, at Festival of Leaves.
I look forward to this challenge, and I so appreciate that Dawn Miller, is hosting Festival of Leaves once again. We are in the first few days of Fall. While walking in our neighborhood, I came across this plant. I don’t know what it is called, but the color combination appealed to me. I will be keeping my eyes peeled open, for this challenge.
Wrapping up Spring Festival week 12, with this beauty. I like the color combination. This spring has been different. With more rain and less watering at this time, and continued color popping up. It’s been wonderful!
We are now at week 12. Festival of Leaves is wrapping up its seasonal challenge. This photo was taken downtown McMinnville, Oregon. McMinnville has a charm to it, that always has fun window displays to view. Thanks to Dawn Miller, who has been hosting for quite a while now. Her photography is beautiful and she’s great to work with. I also want to thank other participants at Festival of Leaves, as well. Even though we are wrapping it up here, many of us will continue sharing our creative endeavors at our blogs. Thank you to the wonderful community of bloggers who take time to visit.
